Hill wins by 3 votes in Salamanca’s Ward 1

LITTLE VALLEY — Following absentee ballot counting Nov. 19, Salamanca Common Council candidate John “Jack” Hill won the seat in Ward 1 by only three votes over incumbent Laurie Hunt.
