CLV/PV’s Kelly, Randolph’s Andrews win at officials’ tourney
FREWSBURG — Cattaraugus-Little Valley/Pine Valley placed ninth in the Southern Tier Officials holiday wrestling tournament, held Friday and Saturday at Frewsburg Central School, with 88 points.
