RANDOLPH — The Randolph Central School District has announced Brynn Pagett as valedictorian and Tyler Hind as Salutatorian for the Class of 2020.
Brynn Pagett is the daughter of Jefferson and Jennifer Pagett. Her extracurricular activities include National Honor Society, volleyball, softball, basketball, the Chautauqua Area Scholarship Program, the East Randolph United Methodist Church and volunteer softball coach.
Brynn has received the following awards and honors: Honor Roll, Student of the Month, highest average in geometry, highest average in trigonometry, highest average in pre-calculus, Student Council Secretary, Class President, four-time Area All-State, Post-Journal All-Star for Volleyball and Softball, first-time All-Star Volleyball and Amherst Lightning Travel Softball Team.
Brynn plans to attend the University of Buffalo to major in Engineering.
—Tyler Hind is the son of Kevin and Laurie Hind. His extracurricular activities include football, basketball, band, youth basketball camp volunteer and referee, County Government volunteer, lifeguard at Holiday Valley and tutoring.
Tyler received the Cattaraugus County Youth Citizen Award, is a member of National Honor Society, first-team basketball, Scholar Athlete Award recipient, Post-Journal Player of the Year and NYS Player of the Year for Class C basketball.
Tyler is planning to attend Daemen College to major in Pre-medicine.
