Prospect Elementary School and Salamanca Kiwanis Club announce the first Terrific Kid of the 2025-26 school year is Emberlee Ground-Zwierzchowski, a Pre-K student in Jennifer Reed’s class. Emberlee helps her mom run and operate a free, little pantry for mothers and children locally. Mom says Emberlee enjoys filling the pantry and greeting visitors throughout the day. Emberlee finds joy in helping others. Kiwanis finds joy in knowing there are young children out there with a great sense of community who show leadership and strong character.
