A LOCAL LAW

ESTABLISHING FEES FOR

DEPARTMENT OF NURSING HOMES

RESIDENT PRIVATE PAY RATES AND

REPEALING ACT 513-2018

The County Legislature will meet at the Legislative Chambers, County Office Building, 303 Court Street, Little Valley, New York, on the 10th day of December, 2025 at 5:01 p.m. for the purpose of holding a Public Hearing on Local Law Number 4-2025, entitled

“A Local Law

Establishing Fees for Department of Nursing Homes Resident Private Pay Rates and

Repealing Act 513-2018”.

In order to meet the needs of individuals who require special accommodations, both facilities, in accordance with its policy of non-discrimination on the basis of disability, and in compliance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), has made its facilities and services available to all individuals with disabilities, accommodations will be provided upon request and with 48 hours prior notice, to afford such individuals

access and

admission.
