Salamanca Police
- April 19, 6:18 p.m., William Lounsbury, 40, of Salamanca, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Salamanca City Court. Lounsbury was released with an appearance ticket.
- April 20, 1:04 a.m., John D. Newark, 39, of Salamanca, was arrested on two bench warrants issued out of Salamanca City Court. Newark was held pending arraignment.
Cattaraugus County Sheriff
- SOUTH VALLEY — Ronald Bishop, 41, of Marin, was charged at 12:30 a.m. April 17 with driving while intoxicated, moved from lane unsafely and speed not reasonable and prudent. Charges follow an investigation of a motor vehicle accident in the town. Bishop was processed and released with appearance tickets for arraignment at a later date.
- ASHFORD — Andrew P. Spalti, 18, of West Valley, was charged at 12:52 p.m. April 17 with sexual misconduct, resisting arrest, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, three counts of third-degree assault and third-degree sexual abuse. The charges stem from an investigation conducted by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Bureau. Spalti was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail and held in lieu of $2,000 cash bail.
- SALAMANCA — Anthony Bernardi, 24, no permanent address, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. April 18 on a bench warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Court. Bernardi was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail, where he was held on $2,000 cash bail or $4,000 bond. He is due back in court at a later date.
- LITTLE VALLEY — Corey J. Furl, 49, of Otto, was charged at 12:30 p.m. April 19 with third-degree criminal trespass and attempted petit larceny. Furl was released with an appearance ticket.
- SALAMANCA — Lance O. Capron, 38, of Salamanca, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. April 20 on a warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Court. Capron was released on his own recognizance.

- RANDOLPH — Terry L. Heyl, 72, of East Randolph, was charged at 6:42 p.m. April 18 with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol level of 0.08% or greater, both unclassified misdemeanors. Heyl was released with an appearance ticket.
