Stranger Things Volume One Finale Review “The Rightside Up”

I watched the Stranger Things finale with my pug on the couch — here are my main takeaways.

1. If I had watched the previous five seasons, I would have had a lot more insight into what was going on.
2. Somehow I lucked into the small percentage of dogs who react to everything happening on the screen. If you’re in the same situation, just don’t watch the finale. He gets freaked out every time a horse goes on the screen or anyone runs too quickly, so I’m not sure why I thought monsters would go any better.
3. None of these kids are kids anymore. All of them are at least 25.
4. The one kid they cast who is a part of that family the adult kids drugged and took him from is a superstar — watch out for him in the future. Jake Connelly is his name. Unfortunately (spoilers), it seems like he was thrown into a dark abyss by a monster named Henry, which isn’t good representation.
