The 182nd Cattaraugus County Fair kicked off Saturday, the start of an annual summer tradition that draws thousands to enjoy animal displays, live entertainment, agriculture history and mouth-watering treats. The fair runs through Saturday, Aug. 2 at the Little Valley fairgrounds.
