Randolph senior Kaleb Steward won the CCAA East boys soccer division’s Player of the Year award, leading the player selected to the postseason all-star team.

Steward had 17 goals and 15 assists at forward for the Cardinals, who went 12-7 (6-2 in league) this season. Bryant Talbot won the Offensive MVP award for Allegany-Limestone after scoring 22 goals with 17 assists for the Gators (15-3, 8-0). Ellicottville junior Noah Steinbroner won the Defensive MVP, helping the Eagles record six shutouts this season.

Also on the first-team all-stars for Randolph were senior forward Marcus Evans, senior midfielders Ty Rosengen and Matt Schultz and junior defender Bryson Rozler. Also for Randolph, Ethan Shields (midfielder) made the second team and Gave VanRensselaer (defense) and goalie Branson Morrison (goalkeeper) were honorable mentions.

Ellicottville midfielders Jack Snyder (senior) and Bryce Butler (junior) also made the first team. Also for ECS, senior mid Simon Lin and junior defender Caleb Jennings made the second team, while senior mid Nathaniel Ploetz, junior defender Justin Imhoff and junior goalie Jamison Caldwell were honorable mentions.

A-L’s Michael Wolfgang, Hudson Kwiatkowski and Jack Conroy also made the first team.

For Salamanca/Cattaraugus-Little Valley, junior defender Hunter Yaworsky made the first team while senior mid Darec Funke and sophomore defender Lucas Barber made the second team. Junior Neland Cummings and sophomore Gabriel Green, both defenders, were honorable mentions.
