The CCAA East girls soccer division released its 2018 all-star teams and postseason honors this week with the completion of all teams’ playoff campaigns.

Junior defense/midfielder Aly Hill led Salamanca as a first-team honoree, while freshman defense/midfielder Laila Zolner and sophomore midfield/forward Ryleigh John made the second team. Junior midfield/forward Rachel Chamberlain was an honorable mention.

Ellicottville placed two young players on the first team with sophomore midfielder Logan Fredrickson and freshman defense/midfielder Elsa Woodarek.

Sophomore defender Sammi Lin, junior goalie Brooke Eddy and freshman forward/midfielder Mandy Hurlburt made second team while junior defense/midfielder Megan Hartsell, freshman forward Jocelyn Wyatt, freshman forward Emilee Ruiz and sophomore midfielder/defense Hayly Fredrickson were all honorable mentions.

From Cattaraugus-Little Valley, senior defense/forward Lauren Eaton made first team, junior goalkeeper Isabella Deliman was second-team and senior forward Alex Minnekine an honorable mention.

For Randolph, senior goalie Corin Carpenter and junior defender Kira Lewis made the first team. Junior forward Kara Leeper and freshman midfielder Savannah Rhodes were second-teamers while freshman defender Ashley Crouse, freshman forward Tyra Clark and senior midfielder Nikki Lockwood earned honorable mentions.

Ellicottville won the team sportsmanship award.

Sportsmanship award winners included Salamanca senior Elizabeth Stewart, Ellicottville senior forward Meganne Chapman, Randolph junior Valerie Crouse and C-LV senior Jessica Ritchie.

Other first-team all-stars included four from unbeaten division champion Portville (senior midfielder Carley Williams, senior forward Bryn Milne, junior defense/midfielder Karly Welty, senior forward Hunter DeYoe) and three from Franklinville (junior goalie Abby Burrell, junior forward Gabby Milligan, senior defense/forward Briana Broadwell).
