REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Sealed proposals for Household Hazardous Waste Program for the Cattaraugus County Department of Public Works, according to specifications, will be received by the undersigned until Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. It shall be the sole responsibility of the proposer to have its proposal delivered on or before the stated time and date.

All proposals received are subject to all federal and state controls concerning said item(s).

All proposals must be accompanied by a NON-COLLUSIVE CERTIFICATION. Any proposal submitted without such certification will not be accepted. Any proposal not meeting ALL specifications will not be considered.

The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities, irregularities, and technicalities, and request resubmission. The County has no obligation to accept the lowest cost proposal. The County reserves the right to award the contract to the lowest responsible proposer submitting a responsive proposal which is most advantageous and in the best interest of the County.
