Operation of Snack Bar

Cattaraugus County is seeking an interested and qualified individual and/or vendor to operate the Snack Bar at the Little Valley County Center Building. Request for Interest (RFI) will be accepted at Cattaraugus County Center, Attn: Kelly Reed, Deputy County Administrator, 303 Court Street, Little Valley, NY 14755 until Friday, July 11, 2025 at 10:45 AM after which they will be opened at 11:00 AM. The contract will be awarded within forty-five (45) days after the opening of proposals.

ALL PROPOSALS MUST BE SEALED AND CLEARLY MARKED:

Any proposal not clearly marked will not be considered.

All proposals must be accompanied by a NON-COLLUSIVE CERTIFICATION. Any proposal submitted without such certification will not be accepted. Any proposal that does not meet all specifications will not be considered. All proposals received are subject to all federal and state controls concerning said item(s).

The County Legislature reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities, and to accept the lowest responsible proposal.
