NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accord with

Section 6104 of the

Internal Revenue Code, that the

annual return, Form 990-PF for 2025, filed on behalf of the Collis and Lugarda Harris Trust Fund, a non-exempt testamentary charitable trust determined to be a private foundation, is available for

inspection at the

office of Charles M. Harrigan, Jr., one of the Trustees,
