NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, in accord with Section 6104 of the Internal Revenue Code, that the annual return, Form 990-PF, filed on behalf of the Collis and Lugarda Harris Trust Fund, a non-exempt charitable trust determined to be a private foundation, is available for inspection at the office of Charles M. Harrigan, Jr., one of the Trustees, located at 10180 Route 240 in the Town of Ashford, West Valley, New York, during regular business hours, by any citizen requesting inspection thereof within 180 days from the date of the publication of this Notice.
