LOCAL LAW

NUMBER 6-1992 PROVIDING

FOR THE

CREATION OF A CATTARAUGUS COUNTY

DEPARTMENT OF

ECONOMIC

DEVELOPMENT, PLANNING AND TOURISM

The County Legislature will meet at the Legislative Chambers, County Office Building, 303 Court Street, Little Valley, New York on the 26th day of August, 2026, at 5:01 p.m. for the purpose of holding a Public Hearing on Local Law Number 2-2026, entitled “A Local Law Amending Local Law Number 6-1992 Providing for the Creation of a Cattaraugus County Department of Economic Development, Planning and Tourism.”

In order to meet the needs of

individuals who

require special

accommodations, both facilities, in

accordance with its policy of non-discrimination on the basis of disability, and in compliance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA), has made its facilities and
