COMPLETION OF TENTATIVE

ASSESSMENT ROLL

Section 506 and 526 of the NYS

Real Property Tax Law)

Notice is hereby given that the Assessor for the City of Salamanca, County of

Cattaraugus, has completed the Tentative Assessment Roll for the current year and that a copy has been left with the Assessor at 225 Wildwood Avenue, Salamanca, NY, where it may be seen or examined by any interested person(s) until the fourth Tuesday in May.

The Assessors(s) will be in attendance with the Tentative Assessment Roll:

On Saturday, May 2, 2026, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M.

On Tuesday, May 5, 2026, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.

On Tuesday, May 19, 2026, between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M.

and on Thursday, May 21, 2026, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.

The Board of Assessment Review will meet on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 8:00 P.M. at 225 Wildwood Avenue, Salamanca, NY, to hear and examine all complaints in

relation to assessments, on the

application of any

person(s) believing himself to be

aggrieved.
