NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there has been presented to and adopted by the Common Council of the City of

Salamanca on March 25, 2026, a Local Law which will provide for a new City Municipal Code Chapter 26 pertaining to the administration of Code Enforcement.

THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, I, Sandra Magiera, Mayor of the City of Salamanca, New York, will hold a public hearing on the proposed Local Law in the courtroom of the City Municipal Building, 225

Wildwood Avenue, Salamanca, NY, at approximately 7:00 PM on April 8, 2026.
