Early signs of autumn were visible around Griffis Sculpture Park on Labor Day. While most trees held branches full of green leaves, some were already displaying pops of red, orange and yellow. Taking advantage of the long holiday weekend, several families stopped to admire the giant metal structures designed by Larry W. Griffis Jr. along Rohr Hill Road in Ashford Hollow.
