Preparations for the 183rd Cattaraugus County Fair are in the final stretch this week at the fairgrounds in Little Valley. Crews were out Tuesday setting up vendor booths, amusement rides and other grounds entertainment. The fair opens Saturday and runs through Aug. 8.
