The third annual Village of Knives Celebration will take place Friday and Saturday at the Cattaraugus County Fairgrounds, where knife dealers and collectors across North America and around the globe will gather. Shown is Tint Champlin of the Cattaraugus Cutlery with the world’s largest knife and fork carving set, circa 1899. A new and bigger set has been forged and will be unveiled at The Village of Knives Celebration this weekend.
