Randolph’s 52nd Annual Arts and Crafts Festival will take place Saturday, offering a full day of entertainment for the whole family. Events include the popular Baby and Dog contests, a magician, a balloon artist, a face painter and a kids zone of activities. Festival-goers from a previous year are shown browsing the handcrafted items of the many talented crafters and artisans set up along Main Street.
