- May 6, 10:19 p.m., Cameron A. Bray, 32, of Salamanca, was arrested on a bench warrant. Bray was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail.
- May 7, 10:49 p.m., Rashawn D. Gillispie, 28, of Salamanca, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault, class A misdemeanors. Gillispie was held pending arraignment.
- May 8, 8:43 a.m., Colton E. McKenney, 32, of Salamanca, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. McKenney was held pending arraignment.
- May 8, 5:45 a.m., Scott L. Dille, 48, of Salamanca, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, unclassified misdemeanors; failure to keep right and lane change during a hazard, infractions. Dille was released with an appearance ticket.
- May 8, 5:45 a.m., Jason L. Dille, 51, of Little Valley, was charged with second-degree promoting prison contraband, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree criminal use of drug paraphernalia, class A misdemeanors. Dille was held pending arraignment.
- May 8, 10 a.m., Samantha J. Miller, 32, of Olean, was arrested on a bench warrant. Miller was held pending arraignment.
- May 9, 6:39 p.m., Louis A. Thomas, 28, of Cheektowaga, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and speed in zone, an infraction. Thomas was released with an appearance ticket.
- May 12, 6:28 a.m., Yancey A. Dowdy, 39, of Salamanca, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Dowdy was released with an appearance ticket.
- May 13, 8:43 a.m., Patrick J. Deeghan, 74, of Salamanca,was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a class A misdemeanor. Deeghan was held pending arraignment.
- May 13, 11:56 p.m., Rose M. Bickford, 44, of Salamanca, was charged with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. Bickford was held pending arraignment.
- May 15, 8:48 a.m., Marvin M. Shantler, 30, of Olean, was arrested on a bench warrant. Shantler was held pending arraignment.
- May 15, 12:32 p.m., Andrew L. Button, 35, of Salamanca, was arrested on a bench warrant. Button was held pending arraignment.
- May 15, 6:32 p.m., Levi J. Brown, 49, of Little Valley, was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony; driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; refusal tp take a breath test, unsafe turn, unlicensed operator and drinking alcohol/using cannabis in a motor vehicle on the highway, infractions. Brown was held pending arraignment.
- May 16, 10:57 a.m., Alanis L. Jones, 21, of Salamanca, was arrested on a bench warrant. Jones was held pending arraignment.
- May 16, 12:32 p.m., Jimmie L. Thompson, 38, of Niagara Falls, was arrested on a bench warrant. Thompson was additionally charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and speeding, an infraction. Thompson was turned over to the Cheektowaga Police Department.
- May 16, 8:35 p.m., Rae L. George, 48, of Salamanca, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and speeding, an infraction. George was released with an appearance ticket,
- May 16, 10:51 p.m., Melvin W. Smith, 37, of Salamanca, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and unsafe turn, an infraction. Smith was released with an appearance ticket.
- May 16, 11 p.m., Michale Hale Jr., 46, of Salamanca, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, class A misdemeanors. Hale was released with an appearance ticket.
Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office
- GREAT VALLEY — Christopher A. Norton, 41, of Great Valley, was arrested at 11:46 p.m. May 14 on an extradition warrant issued out of Pennsylvania. Norton was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail and held pending further court proceedings.
- SOUTH VALLEY — Jaymie M. Ferrara, 68, of Frewsburg, was charged at 5:01 p.m. May 16 with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08% or greater, unclassified misdemeanors; speed not reasonable, unsafe lane change and failure to keep right, infractions. The charges stem from the investigation of a property damage accident on Bone Run Road. Ferrara is due back in court at a later date.
New York State Police
- ALLEGANY — Mary L. Mosley, 48, of Randolph, was charged at 8:57 a.m. Wednesday with second-degree offering a false instrument for filing, a class A misdemeanor. The charge stems from an incident reported April 29. Mosley was released with an appearance ticket.
- RANDOLPH — A 17-year-old Randolph resident was charged at 1 p.m. May 13 with second-degree assault, a class D felony. The charge stems from an incident reported April 30. The youth was released with an appearance ticket.
- DAYTON — Rik A. Rinehart, 37, of Buffalo, was charged at 4:09 p.m. May 16 with driving while ability impaired by drugs with a previous conviction, a class E felony. The charge stems from the investigation of a one-vehicle accident Route 62. One injury was reported. Rinehart’s status was not reported.
- SOUTH DAYTON — Austin T. Fisher, 27, of South Dayton, was charged at 8:15 p.m. May 17 with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, class E felonies; criminal obstruction of breathing and fourth-degree criminal mischief, class A misdemeanors. Fisher was held pending arraignment.
