Salamanca Police

  • July 18, 9:08 a.m., Paul D. DeBoy, 46, of Great Valley, was charged with aggravated family offense and first-degree criminal contempt, class E felonies; and second-degree aggravated harassment, a class A misdemeanor. DeBoy was held pending arraignment.
  • July 18, 9:09 a.m., Andrea L. Perkins, 47, of Salamanca, was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment, a class A misdemeanor. Perkins was released with an appearance ticket.

Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office

  • SALAMANCA — Catherine L. DeBoy, 30, of Great Valley, was charged at 11:50 p.m. July 2 with first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, an unclassified misdemeanor, and other unspecified vehicle and traffic infractions. Deboy was released with an appearance ticket.
  • SALAMANCA — Jeremy V. Buchholz, 49, of Salamanca, was arrested at 4:36 p.m. July 5 on a felony bench warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Court. Buchholz was transported to Cattaraugus County Jail and held pending further court proceedings.
  • PERSIA — James A. O’Sullivan, 63, of Persia, was charged at 8:30 p.m. July 5 with second-degree menacing, resisting arrest and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration, class A misdemeanors. The charges stem from a reported domestic incident, during which O’Sullivan allegedly threatened to kill a victim with a chainsaw. O’Sullivan was held pending arraignment.
  • RANDOLPH — Jake R. Stone, 32, of Kennedy, was arrested at 8:33 p.m. July 14 on a warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Family Court. Stone was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail and held pending further court proceedings.

New York State Police

  • GREAT VALLEY — Bradley P. Stahlman, 27, of Salamanca, was charged at 8:30 p.m. July 7 with two counts of second-degree criminal contempt, a class A misdemeanor. The charges stem from an incident reported June 16. Stahlman was released with an appearance ticket.
  • COLDSPRING — Brandon J. Kightlinger, 27, of Jamestown, was charged at 9:30 p.m. July 17 with two counts of first-degree unlawful imprisonment, a class E felony, and two counts of acting in a manner injurious to a child, a class A misdemeanor. Kightlinger was held pending arraignment.
  • DAYTON — Reginald A. Kohler, 36, of Perrysburg, was charged at 9:59 p.m. July 17 with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony. Kohler was released with an appearance ticket.
  • PERRYSBURG — Natasha L. Snow, 42, of Perrysburg, was charged at 11:43 p.m. July 19 with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. Snow was released with an appearance ticket.
