    Salamanca Police

    • June 16, 8:51 p.m., Patrick A. Askey Jr., 33, of Salamanca, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; failure to keep right and driving to the left of pavement markings, infractions. Askey was released with an appearance ticket.
    • June 16, 9:31 p.m., Jordan M. Strauss, 39, of Salamanca, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. Strauss was released with an appearance ticket.
    • June 17, 11:27 a.m., Brian Hill, 47, of Friendship, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor. Hill was held pending arraignment.
    • June 18, 9:03 a.m., Joseph P. Dempsey, 45, of Olean, was arrested on a warrant. Dempsey was held pending arraignment.
    • June 18, 10:24 a.m., Nicholas J. Zolner, 41, of Salamanca, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. Zolner was released with an appearance ticket.
    • June 18, 10:57 a.m., Ronald D. Mitchell, 43, of Little Valley, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, a class E felony; third-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, class A misdemeanors. Mitchell was held pending arraignment.
    • June 19, 1:18 a.m., Mitchell L. Richardson, 24, of Salamanca, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08% or greater, unclassified misdemeanors; false personation, a class B misdemeanor; failure to keep right and failure to use designated lane, infractions. Richardson was released with an appearance ticket.
    • June 20, 9:49 a.m., Dusti L. Ginnery, 38, of Salamanca, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Ginnery was released with an appearance ticket.
    • June 20, 6:47 p.m., Crystal A. Witter, 39, of Portville, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Salamanca City Court. Witter was remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail and held in lieu of bail.
    • June 22, 9:11 p.m., Jacob M. Lamberson, 33, of Salamanca, was charged with no bell/signaling on bicycle, improper riding on bicycle, failing to use bicycle lane/keep right, operating a bicycle with electric assist while intoxicated, violations. Lambersno was processed and released with an appearance ticket.

    Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office

    • DAYTON — Daniel V. Grover, 47, of Dayton, was charged at 12:29 p.m. June 14 with petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, class A misdemeanors. According to deputies, Grover allegedly stole an air compressor out of a shed. Grover was released with an appearance ticket.
    • SALAMANCA — Jesse E. Martin, 42, of Little Valley, was arrested at 3:45 a.m. June 18 on a bench warrant issued out of Salamanca Town Court. Martin was released on his own recognizance.
    • SALAMANCA — Kayla M. Greene, 20, of Salamanca, was arrested at 5:27 p.m. June 18 on a felony bench warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Court. Greene was transported to Cattaraugus County Jail and held pending further court proceedings.
    • RANDOLPH — Kalib A. Rader, 18, of Randolph, was charged at 7:07 p.m. June 19 with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Rader was released with an appearance ticket.
    • FRANKLINVILLE — Kyle E. Cooper, 32, of Great Valley, was arrested at 6:20 a.m. June 20 on a felony bench warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Court. Cooper was transported to Cattaraugus County Jail and held pending further court proceedings.

    New York State Police

    • GOWANDA — Cory Austin, 45, of Gowanda, was charged at 10:34 p.m. June 22 with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction and aggravated driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction, class E felonies. Austin was released with an appearance ticket.
