Salamanca Police
• May 25, 10:11 p.m., Devin R. Bomberry, 33, of Steamburg, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speeding, infractions. Bomberry was released with an appearance ticket.
• May 26, 10:35 p.m., John D. Riley, 61, of Salamanca, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. Riley was released with an appearance ticket.
• May 27, 2:30 p.m., Theodore R. Wiltse, 61, of Bradford, Pa., was arrested on a warrant issued out of Salamanca City Court. Wiltse was released with an appearance ticket.
• May 28, 10:20 p.m., San P. Nestell, 33, of Salamanca, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08% or greater, unclassified misdemeanors; unlicensed operator and driving to the left of pavement markings, infractions. Nestell was released with an appearance ticket.
• June 1, 1:52 a.m., Michael D. Holmes, 40, of Salamanca, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense, class E felonies. Holmes was held pending arraignment.
• June 1, 3:08 a.m., Carly J. Aumiller, 21, of Salamanca, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. Aumiller was released with an appearance ticket.
Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office
• CONEWANGO — Mark A. Swiatek, 37, of Buffalo, was charged May 23 with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor, and other unspecified vehicle and traffic violations. The charges stem from the investigation into an accident on Route 241. Swiatek was released on his own recognizance.
• NEW ALBION — Bethany A. Phinney, 35, of New Albion, was arrested May 23 on a warrant issued out of Cheektowaga Town Court. Phinney was turned over to the Cheektowaga Police Department.
• CONEWANGO — Bryan J. Farmer, 53, of Leon, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. May 28 on a warrant issued out of Niagara County Court. Farmer was turned over to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office.
New York State Police
• LEON — A 14-year-old resident of Conewango Valley was charged at 10:24 p.m. May 27 with criminal obstruction of breathing and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, class A misdemeanors. The juvenile was released with a family court appearance ticket.
• CATTARAUGUS — An 18-year-old Randolph resident was charged at 12:08 a.m. May 31 with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor. The youth was released with an appearance ticket.
• DAYTON — Joshua R. Pettygrove, 36, of Gowanda, was charged at 5:10 p.m. June 1 with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony; third-degree attempted robbery, a class E felony; and second-degree menacing, a class A misdemeanor. Pettygrove was held without bail.
