Seneca Nation’s Bowen inducted into NYS Veterans’ Hall of Fame

SALAMANCA — Seneca Nation member and Allegany Territory resident Ralph Elliot Bowen, a World War II veteran, was inducted Friday into the New York State Senate’s Veterans’ Hall of Fame.
