NAPOLI — A Jamestown woman was charged after allegedly stealing a vehicle from a Randolph car dealership.
Salena M. Hare, 26, of 1414 Second St., Jamestown, was charged at 5:07 p.m. Dec. 1 with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property, third-degree grand larceny, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and second-degree reckless endangerment.
The Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office, which reported the incident Dec. 3, said that Hare was pulled over Friday on Windmill Road in Napoli and it was determined she allegedly took a vehicle from Landmark Chevrolet in Randolph.
In August 2016, Hare was sentenced to two to four years in state prison for attempted third-degree burglary, a class E felony. The conviction stemmed from a 2015 incident in Randolph.
For the Dec. 1 incident, Hare was arraigned in Randolph Town Court and remanded to Cattaraugus County Jail with no bail. She is to appear in Randolph Town Court at a later date.
