LITTLE VALLEY — A consignment auction presented by the Cattaraugus County Agricultural Society is being planned for Saturday, Oct. 6 at 9 a.m. the county fairgrounds.
Consignments accepted include field and garden tractors; horses and animal supplies; farm, construction, horse-drawn and municipal equipment; new furniture, quilts, sheds, farm tools, tack, ATV’s, utility side by sides and snowmobiles.
Participants can drop off their items between noon and 8 p.m. on Oct. 3 and 4 and between 8 a.m. and noon on Oct. 5.
No used household items will be accepted. There will be a 10-percent commission for items $1 to $1,000 and a 7-percent commission for items $1,001 and up. Cash or good checks accepted day of the sale.
There will be a breakfast, lunch and baked goods made and served by local Amish to benefit their hospital fund. Auction will be held rain or shine.
