Franklinville man pleads guilty to smuggling, selling ivory

Franklinville antiques dealer Ferdinand Krizan has pleaded guilty to a federal charge stemming from illegal ivory trafficking, the office of U.S. Attorney William Hochul Jr. reported Wednesday.
