SALAMANCA – The Cattaraugus County Department of Aging Senior
Wellness and Nutrition program in Salamanca announced volunteer
drivers for Monday through Friday.
Those who have an hour to spare, one day a week, are asked to
consider serving as a volunteer delivery persons to bring meals to
people who are unable to get out. All routes are local, except for
Great Valley.
MONDAY – Route 1, Kathy Crider; Route 2, Fred and Betty Hackett;
Route 3, Art and Sally Patchen; Route 4, Howard Peterson; Great
Valley, Betty Prey, Joan Budzinski and Betsy Jones.
TUESDAY – Route 1, Roger and Fran Lord; Route 2, Kathy L.; Route
3, Carl Polasik; Route 4, Howard Peterson; Great Valley, Dayhab
Center.
WEDNESDAY – Route 1, Steve M.; Route 2, Betty and Fred Hackett;
Route 3, Don and Mary Finn; Route 4, Howard Peterson; Great Valley,
Gail Archer.
THURSDAY – Route 1, Vic Brol; Route 2, George and Janet Schmick;
Route 3, Carl Polasik and Henry Griehm; Route 4, Howard Peterson;
Great Valley, Rodney Block.
FRIDAY – Route 1, Carol Quattrone and Minnie Collins; Route 2,
Rita Wymer; Route 3, Irene Speroni and Pat LeBlanc; Route 4, Howard
Peterson; Great Valley, Dayhab Center.
Delivery volunteers are needed. Time required to fulfill the
needs of a delivery route is approximately an hour and 30
minutes.
Most delivery routes can be done within an hour, with the
exception of the Great Valley route, which may take another half
hour.
