(“Parcel #2”); 704 Broad Street, City of Salamanca, County of Cattaraugus, State of New York, SBL 73.069-1-30 (“Parcel #3”); 718 Broad Street, City of Salamanca, County of Cattaraugus, State of New York, SBL 73.069-1-31 (“Parcel #4”); all those certain plots, pieces, or parcels of land, with the buildings and improvements erected, situate lying and being in the City of Salamanca, County of Cattaraugus, and State of New York, as aforesaid. Parcel #1 will be sold first. If any indebtedness shall remain owing to plaintiff after the sale of Parcel #1, then Parcel #2, Parcel #3, and Parcel #4 will be sold, with all of these parcels being sold together, as a single batch, such that the successful bidder will purchase all of these parcels.
