SUPREME COURT COUNTY OF CATTARAUGUS: Cattaraugus County Bank, Plaintiff, against Sandra Hill, et al., Defendant(s). Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered in the Cattaraugus County Clerk’s Office on March 28, 2025, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder at the Cattaraugus County Courthouse, 303 Court Street, Little Valley, New York on June 10, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., the following mortgaged premises: 135 Scenic Drive, City of Salamanca, County of Cattaraugus, State of New York, SBL 82.023-3-17 (“Parcel #1”); 694-702.5 Broad Street, City of Salamanca, County of Cattaraugus, State of New York, SBL 73.069-1-29 (“Parcel #2”); 704 Broad Street, City of Salamanca, County of Cattaraugus, State of New York, SBL 73.069-1-30 (“Parcel #3”); 718 Broad Street, City of Salamanca, County of Cattaraugus, State of New York, SBL 73.069-1-31 (“Parcel #4”); all those certain plots, pieces, or parcels of land, with the buildings and improvements erected, situate lying and being in the City of Salamanca, County of Cattaraugus, and State of New York, as aforesaid. Parcel #1 will be sold first. If any indebtedness shall remain owing to plaintiff after the sale of Parcel #1, then Parcel #2, Parcel #3, and Parcel #4 will be sold, with all of these parcels being sold together, as a single batch, such that the successful bidder will purchase all of these parcels. The mortgaged premises to be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index No. 92636.
