PUBLIC HEARING ON 2026

TENTATIVE BUDGET

The Legislature of Cattaraugus County will meet in adjourned session at the County Center Little Valley, New York at 6:31 p.m. on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, for the purpose of holding a Public Hearing on the 2026 Tentative Budget, and for the transaction of such business as may properly come before the meeting.

FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given that copies of said Tentative Budget are available at the office of the Clerk of said County Legislature at Little Valley, New York where they may be inspected and procured by any interested person during business hours. It is also available on our website at www.cattco.org. Pursuant to Section 359 of the County Law, the maximum salaries that may be fixed and payable during said fiscal year to members of the County Legislature and to the Chairman, thereof, respectively, are specified as follows:

Chair of the County Legislature $23,710

Vice Chair of the County Legislature $13,729

Majority Leader of the County Legislature $13,729

Minority Leaders of the County Legislature (each) $13,729

Members of the County Legislature (each) $12,481
