While winds are not expected to be strong, any wind at all will drive the wind chill factor well below zero, with wind chills in the negative teens possible. Looking ahead to the coming weekend, current forecasts indicate cold temperatures will persist, with mostly cloudy skies and highs in the upper teens both days.
