Salamanca Police

  • Aug. 11, 2:11 p.m., Holton G. Pierce, 43, of Nedrow, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and aggravated family offense, class E felonies; second-degree unlawful imprisonment, a class A misdemeanor; and second-degree harassment, a violation. Pierce’s status was not reported.
  • Aug. 12, 6:59 a.m., Patrick A. Askey, 33, of Salamanca, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and speeding, an infraction. Askey was released with an appearance ticket.
  • Aug. 12, 4:20 p.m., Richard W. Case, 54, of Little Valley, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; improper plates, unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and uninspected motor vehicle, infractions. Case was released with an appearance ticket.
  • Aug. 12, 5:24 p.m., Bradley C. John, 20, of Salamanca, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and unregistered motor vehicle, an infraction. John was released with an appearance ticket.
  • Aug. 12, 7:15 p.m., Andrew M. Marshall, 26, of Olean, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and uninspected motor vehicle, an infraction. Marshall was released with an appearance ticket.
  • Aug. 12, 10:19 p.m., Kevin E. Glowacki, 48, of Salamanca, was charged with aggravated criminal contempt, a class D felony, and second-degree harassment, a violation. Glowacki was held pending arraignment.
  • Aug. 13, 7:34 p.m., Zachary J. Thomas, 35, of Salamanca, was arrested on a warrant related to charges of third-degree assault and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child, class A misdemeanors. Thomas was held pending arraignment.
  • Aug. 14, 4:37 a.m., Zuleyka M. Fuentes Cruz, 44, of Jamestown, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class D felony, and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Cruz was held pending arraignment.
  • Aug. 14, 11:22 a.m., Myah N. Seely, 26, of Lewis Run, Pa., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; improper signal and unlicensed operator, infractions. Seely was released with an appearance ticket.
  • Aug. 15, 12:37 a.m., Cory A. Foster, 36, of Little Valley, was charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a class E felony; uninspected motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, use of straight pipes, unsafe tires, unregistered motor vehicle, improper plates and covering plates with intent to obscure, infractions. Foster was released with an appearance ticket.
  • Aug. 15, 1:13 a.m., Kristin P. Green, 30, of Little Valley, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A misdemeanor. Green was released with an appearance ticket.
  • Aug. 15, 9:51 p.m., Holly R. Zawatski, 49, of Killbuck, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and failure to stop at a stop sign, an infraction. Zawatski was released with an appearance ticket.
  • Aug. 15, 10:42 p.m., Tiffini T. Keyes, 29, of Randolph, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and uninspected motor vehicle, an infraction. Keyes was released with an appearance ticket.

 

Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office

  • COLDSPRING — Wayne T. Mooney III, 25, of Coldspring, was charged at 10:41 p.m. Aug. 9 with third-degree assault, a class A misdemeanor. Mooney was released with an appearance ticket.
  • OTTO — Traci D. Egana, 42, no address provided, was charged Aug. 10 with third-degree assault, resisting arrest and second-degree criminal obstruction of governmental administration, class A misdemeanors; third-degree criminal tampering and attempted fourth-degree criminal mischief, class B misdemeanors. The charges stem from a reported physical altercation. Egana was released with an appearance ticket.
  • MANSFIELD — Randy L. Brown, 66, of Little Valley, was charged at 11:53 p.m. Aug. 13 with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated, unclassified misdemeanors; and failure to stop at a stop sign, infractions. The charges stem from the investigation of an accident. Brown was released with an appearance ticket.

 

New York State Police

  • GREAT VALLEY — A one-vehicle accident was reported at 3:46 p.m. Aug. 13 on Interstate 86. Sharon A. Kenyon, 66, of Salamanca, was identified as the driver. One injury was reported.
  • DAYTON — Peter J. Yoder, 39, of Gowanda, was charged at 10:51 p.m. Aug. 16 with second-degree assault and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, class D felonies; two counts of aggravated family offense, a class A misdemeanor; second-degree menacing and third-degree assault, class A misdemeanors. Yoder was held on cash bail.
