FRANKLINVILLE — A graveside service for Elba L. Blackmon, who died Tuesday, May 16, 2025, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday (Aug. 22, 2025) at Mount Prospect Cemetery, with Pastor John Green of Great Valley Community Church officiating.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the O’Rourke & O’Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River St., Salamanca.
