Salamanca Police
• July 30, 8:43 a.m., Colten J. Karl-Lebrenz, 29, of Ellicottville, was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Salamanca City Court. Karl-Lebrenz was released with an appearance ticket.
• July 30, 10:28 a.m., Makayla J. Eschborn, 24, of Salamanca, was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, a class A misdemeanor. Eschborn was released with an appearance ticket.
• July 31, 12:44 a.m., Aleigha J. Meeks, 30, of Salamanca, was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08% or greater, unclassified misdemeanors; resisting arrest, a class A misdemeanor; driving to the left of pavement marking, failure to keep right, failure to give half the road to traffic, parking in a handicapped space, unlicensed operator and refusal to take a breath test, infractions. Meeks was released with an appearance ticket.
• July 31, 1:04 p.m., Thomas E. Stevens, 35, of Salamanca, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and no plate, an infraction. Stevens was released with an appearance ticket.
• Aug. 1, 10:41 p.m., Fancysun J. Hare, 43, of Salamanca, was arrested on a warrant issued out of Erie County Court. Hare was turned over to the Erie County Sheriff’s Office.
• Aug. 2, 11:10 p.m., Larry M. Imhoff, 50, of Little Valley, was charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor; refusal to take a breath test, inadequate plates, unsafe tires and moving from lane unsafely, infections. Imhoff was held pending arraignment.
• Aug. 2, 11:51 p.m., Sean C. Schmidt, 39, of Cattaraugus, was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance/narcotic drug, a class B felony, and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a class D felony. Schmidt was held pending arraignment.

Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office
• ELLICOTTVILLE — Ty S. Ellis, 54, of Olean, was arrested at 8:02 p.m. July 22 on multiple active warrants issued out of Cattaraugus County Family Court. Ellis was released with an appearance ticket.
• SALAMANCA — Sky Brown, 42 of Salamanca, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. July 23 on a bench warrant issued out of Cattaraugus County Court. Brown was transported to Cattaraugus County Jail and held pending further court proceedings.
• SALAMANCA — Drew M. Williams, 37, of Salamanca, was arrested at 4:59 p.m. July 26 on warrants issued by the New York State Police and Olean City Court. Williams was turned over to the Olean Police Department.
• RANDOLPH — Henri E. Wilcox, 40, of Randolph, was charged at 12:03 a.m. July 28 with second-degree menacing, a class A misdemeanor. The charge stems from a reported neighbor dispute allegedly involving a firearm. Wilcox was released with an appearance ticket.
• LITTLE VALLEY — Sandra L. Sherlock, 45, and Kristin P. Green, 30, both of Little Valley, were charged July 28 with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor. Green was additionally charged with trespass, a violation. Sherlock and Green were released with appearance tickets.
• ASHFORD — Jesse C. Bartlett, 57, of Great Valley, and Jessie J. Fuller, 41, of Napoli, were each charged July 30 with second-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class A-II felony. The charges stem from a traffic stop on Connoisarauley Road, during which deputies allegedly discovered 4.115 ounces of methamphetamine. Bartlett and Fuller were transported to Cattaraugus County Jail and held without bail.
• LITTLE VALLEY — Joshua J. Ball, 27, of Ashford, was charged at 8:09 p.m. Sunday with fifth-degree conspiracy, a class A misdemeanor. The charge stems from the investigation of a reported in-progress burglary. Ball was released with an appearance ticket.
• LITTLE VALLEY — Aaliyah B. Small, 22, of Otto, was charged at 8:09 p.m. Sunday with third-degree burglary, a class D felony, and attempted petit larceny, a class B misdemeanor. The charges stem from the investigation of a reported in-progress burglary. Small was released with an appearance ticket.
