CATTARAUGUS — The village of Cattaraugus will conduct its third Local Planning Committee meeting for the Downtown Revitalization Initiative 5:30–7:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Cattaraugus-Little Valley School Cafeteria, 25 N. Franklin St. The public is encouraged to attend.

The meeting will include a review of the DRI planning process, findings from the public survey and analysis of existing conditions, strategies for downtown revitalization, projects submitted for funding consideration and criteria for evaluating and selecting projects. This is a working meeting of the LPC, but there will be an opportunity for public comment at the end of the meeting.

The public survey for the Cattaraugus DRI remains open until Aug. 1. Members of the public are encouraged to complete the survey to provide feedback on community needs and opportunities as well as to share project ideas.
