  • July 20, 10:33 p.m., Andrew C. Skye, 36, of Salamanca, was charged with third-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief, class D felonies; fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and petit larceny, class A misdemeanors. Skye was additionally charged at 9:45 a.m. Monday with fourth-degree criminal mischief, a class A misdemeanor. Skye was held pending arraignment.
  • July 21, 6:12 p.m., Kayla M. Greene, 20, of Salamanca, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate, an infraction. Greene was released with an appearance ticket.
  • July 21, 9:16 p.m., Tiffini L. Showers, 27, of Bradford, Pa., was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor, and speeding, an infraction. Showers was released with an appearance ticket.
  • July 21, 10:18 p.m., Adam D. Cass, 37, of Little Valley, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended/revoked, unclassified misdemeanors; and an exhaust violation, an infraction. Cass was released with an appearance ticket.
  • July 21, 11:21 p.m., Brendon G. Chapman, 28, of Olean, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; failure to yield right-of-way, unlawful operation of an ATV on public lands, helmet violation, driving a motor vehicle on a sidewalk, failure to stop at a stop sign and operating a motor vehicle without insurance, infractions. Chapman was released with an appearance ticket.
  • July 23, 1:39 p.m., Nathaniel F. Skinner, 27, of Salamanca, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor. Skinner was released with an appearance ticket.
  • July 24, 9:28 a.m., San P. Nestell, 34, of Salamanca, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; operating without a license and an uninspected motor vehicle, infractions. Nestell was released with an appearance ticket.
  • July 24, 4:08 p.m., Quinton P. Jackson, 20, of Gowanda, was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class C felony; second-degree assault, a class D felony; second-degree criminal trespass and second-degree menacing, class A misdemeanors. Jackson was held pending arraignment.
  • July 25, 3:25 p.m., Drew T. Oyler, 35, of Little Valley, was arrested on a bench warrant. Oyler was released with an appearance ticket.
  • July 27, 3:51 a.m., Samantha J. Miller, 38, of Salamanca, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle with a previous conviction, a class E felony; second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an unclassified misdemeanor; use of motor vehicle without interlock device, a class A misdemeanor; improper turn and failure to keep right, infractions. Miller was released with an appearance ticket.

  • LITTLE VALLEY — Hunter B. Lienhart, no age or address provided, was charged at 2:23 p.m. July 20 with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08% or greater, unclassified misdemeanors. Lienhart was released with an appearance ticket.
  • RANDOLPH — Riley M. Priest, 27, of Randolph, was arrested at 9:24 p.m. July 20 on a bench warrant issued out of Conewango Valley Town Court. Priest was released with an appearance ticket.

  • GREAT VALLEY — Monikha A. Cavana, 24, of Farmersville Station, was charged July 21 with issuing a bad check, a class B misdemeanor. Cavana’s status was not reported.
  • GOWANDA — James Patrick Maloney, 38, of Collins, was charged at 1:38 p.m. July 24 with driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08% or greater and operating a motor vehicle while registration is suspended/revoked, unclassified misdemeanors. Maloney was released with an appearance ticket.
