Salamanca Garden Club to meet July 14
SALAMANCA — The Salamanca Garden Club will meet at 2 p.m. Monday, July 14 at the Riverside Chapel, 134 Broad St. Meetings are held in the lower-level church hall. There is ample parking and easy entrance behind the church on Front Avenue.
Carol Johnston will demonstrate how to make a small trellis for a flower pot. Bring scissors, clippers, twine and wire cutters to make one to take home. Johnston will provide the sticks.
The Garden Walk event for members is July 24. Attendees will be visiting various members’ gardens with refreshments along the way, starting at 9:30 a.m. Schedules and instructions will be available at the July 14 meeting.
