Jody Clark, manager of the Nation’s department of transportation, along with Sandy Hill, on behalf of the president’s office, made a public appeal at the city’s last pre-council meeting for increased cooperation on the project.
“Whether it is this project or any other project, especially those roads that are (federal aid eligible) — the Nation is definitely going to be involved. There isn’t a project that has happened on one of those roads without the Nation’s approval,” said Clark.
