County lawmakers reject $5K for Falling Leaves COVID expenses

LITTLE VALLEY — With the Salamanca Falling Leaves Festival coming up soon, Mayor Sandra Magiera asked Cattaraugus County legislators representing the city if the county could help with COVID-19 expenses.
