Cattaraugus Community Action to host annual Santa’s Carnival in Salamanca

SALAMANCA — On Thursday, Dec. 13, Cattaraugus Community Action will host its 12th annual Santa’s Carnival for the children of Cattaraugus County.

This year, Santa, Mrs. Claus, Frosty the Snowman, Tinsel the Christmas Tree, the Grinch and Buddy the Elf will be on hand for Christmas fun.

Santa’s Carnival is a holiday event for community children held at Cattaraugus Community Action, 25 Jefferson St. Each department will create games, crafts and contests for young visitors. Eric Jones will turn little faces into funny holiday caricatures. UpsideDowns Photography will be taking pictures of Santa and the kids.

Each child will leave with prizes, decorations, toys and homemade Christmas cookies and hot cocoa.

Santa’s Carnival is free and open to all community children. For more information, call Angel Fisher at 945-1041, ext. 141.
