The Connection has been in business since 1981. We have the capacity to handle over 100 million calls a year. Our Olean, NY center has a need to hire Customer Service Representatives for full-time (32-40 hours per week). Applicants should be willing to work a variety of hours which may include evenings/ weekends. We offer competitive pay, paid training, and a benefits package. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, prior call center or customer service experience, excellent communication skills and be eligible to work in the U.S. Starting pay is $8.50 per hour.
