OLEAN — The Salamanca Alumni Association held their 64th annual dinner meeting Saturday, July 13 at the Premier Banquet Center in Olean.

The meeting was conducted by President Howard Peterson.

The class of 1963 were the honored guests celebrating their 50-year anniversary. Class members were present from 13 states. Mark Banton, class treasurer, introduced the class. A Friday night get acquainted party preceded the banquet.

Attending were: Mark Banton, Michael Birmingham, James Budzinski, Tom Cole, Larry Crater, Pat (Durphy) Crater, George Darling, Richard Dayton, David Dominick, Jane (Bach) Downing, Dick Dulanski, Rick Farnham, Joe Fitzgerald, Linda (Lewis) Haas, Jim Hart, Jane (Schaefer) Hohman, Paul Jusko, Paul Lenda, Marsha (Bean) Milks, John Mosher, John Murphy, Clark Reed, Wayne Riddle, Mike Romanowski, Sue (Kritter) Romanowski, Karen (Zaprowski) Rudnicki, Helen (Wymer) Sacco, William Scouten, Dick Smith, Diane (Stephens) Smith, James Walton, Jeffery Zariczny.

Joseph Oliverio, class of 1938, played “Taps” and a moment of silence was observed in honor of alumni who passed away during the past year.

President Peterson presented the financial report prepared by Treasurer Joan Budzinski and presented the slate of officers for 2014 as follows: Howard Peterson, President; Patricia Kyler, Vice President; Mary Ann Reed, Secretary; and Joan Budzinski, Treasurer.

Howard Peterson gave the invocation and benediction.

Members of the class of 1953 were celebrating their 60th anniversary.
